Information SCENVIO processes

SCENVIO processes verified account identity, restaurant and branch details, menu content, uploaded design files, screen and NFC-card configuration, support messages, and operational audit records.

Public menu visits may create limited engagement records such as NFC taps, QR scans, storefront views, contact clicks, time, general device type, referrer, and approximate region when available. SCENVIO does not need a guest account to open a public menu.

How information is used

We use this information to provide and secure the service, publish requested content, operate connected screens and cards, support customers, prevent abuse, maintain audit history, and report aggregated engagement to the restaurant that owns the experience.

Files and service providers

Uploaded images, fonts, PSD files, and generated previews are stored for the owning workspace. Advanced PSD editing may open the file in Photopea at the customer's request. Identity, hosting, storage, and other infrastructure providers process information only as needed to deliver those functions.

Retention and control

Workspace administrators can update restaurant content, retire screens and cards, remove designs and menus, and request account deletion. Some security, billing, and audit records may be retained where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal obligations.

Security and questions

SCENVIO uses authenticated access, workspace permissions, rate limits, expiring invitations, device credentials, and tenant isolation. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Customers can use the authenticated Support area for privacy questions or account requests.
