Terms of service

Last updated: September 4, 2026

Using SCENVIO

You must provide accurate account and restaurant information, protect access to your workspace, and use SCENVIO only for lawful content and operations. Workspace owners control member roles and are responsible for actions performed through their accounts.

Your content

You retain responsibility for menus, prices, trademarks, images, fonts, PSD files, and other material you upload or publish. You confirm that you have the rights needed to use that material and authorize SCENVIO to store, transform, display, and distribute it only to operate the service.

Publishing, screens, and NFC

Drafts are not public until published. A connected TV or NFC card depends on compatible hardware, electricity, network access, and an active workspace. Every official NFC card has a permanent identifier, while an authorized workspace administrator may change its content destination.

Plans, orders, and payments

Features and limits follow the plan and entitlements shown for the workspace. Card prices, shipping, tax, and payment status are confirmed in the order or invoice workflow. A submitted card request is not active until payment, programming, testing, delivery, and activation are completed.

Service changes and suspension

SCENVIO may update the service to improve security or reliability. Access may be limited or suspended for abuse, nonpayment, unlawful use, security risk, or material violation of these terms. Where practical, customers will receive notice and a path to resolve the issue.

Availability and responsibility

SCENVIO is provided with reasonable care, but uninterrupted availability and perfect compatibility cannot be guaranteed. Customers should review prices and published designs before use and keep source copies of important creative files. To the extent allowed by applicable law, SCENVIO is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss.

Support and account closure

Customers can contact SCENVIO through the authenticated Support area. Authorized administrators can request closure or deletion; outstanding payment, dispute, security, and legally required records may be handled before final removal.
